1. Inclusions

The listed price includes all utility bills, and access to Wi-Fi services.

2. Reservation Process

To secure your booking, 100% of payment is required. This payment will take the property offline and confirm your reservation.

3. Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is required before check in. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage or need for additional cleaning.

4. Additional Nights and Rent Payments

Any additional nights must be paid in full via bank transfer. Invoices for these additional nights will be provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
